Shipping

Shipping may vary depending on, what time you make your purchase and item availability.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from the order date. However please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 days extra due to delays in transit or if we have an unusually high volume of orders.

Please note, orders for the complete collection of the 99 names of Allah can up to 14 business days to be dispatched.

Delivery

Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of your order. The price will be indicated clearly at checkout.

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail or DPD depending on the size of your order. Wherever we have tracking numbers, we will include them in your shipping confirmation.

If you have a specific preference to have your order arrive by a certain time or date, please specify this in your notes and we will endeavour to fulfil it as much as possible, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that our shipping times are applicable once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your return must be sent as a traceable item, please keep your tracking number safe until we have confirmed we have received your return. The customer is responsible for all return costs.

You can always contact us for any return question at: theprintedtruth@gmail.com Damages and issues  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items  Custom orders and Personalised orders cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Refunds  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
